There are three things that Love Island fans look forward to each season: Casa Amor, Movie Night, and the Heart Rate Challenge. In the past, these highly anticipated events have created some of the series’ most iconic moments.

Currently, the islanders are at Casa Amor where they can test new connections and make a few questionable decisions. Unbeknownst to the singles, they are setting themselves up for a very eventful Movie Night.

For new fans of the show—or those who joined during Season 7—you may not be aware of the utter chaos that unfolded on previous Movie Nights. The evening features a screening of scenes from the season thus far and is designed to show the islanders just how deceitful/ secretive their fellow potential paramours have been. The cast is encouraged to sit through the clips with popcorn in hand.

Of course, the clips that are screened are almost always diabolical and show what happens behind closed doors. Season 7 opted out of movie night and the fans were not happy. But with one of the Casa Amor twists being a live feed for the first night, fans are wondering if this season will do the same.

When Is Movie Night On Love Island USA Season 8?

As of right now, the details for movie night are TBD. No information has been released from official sources. However, Movie Night was referenced in an episode of Love Island: Aftersun, and fans immediately took this as a sign.

It would be a bit detrimental of the show to skip the challenge again this year, as it is one of the most popular challenges. Since Casa ends Friday (June 26) with a potential recoupling on Sunday (June 28), fans have jumped to the conclusion that Movie Night will be Monday (June 29), which happens to be a certain islander’s birthday.
