Are you experiencing the summertime TV blues? Don’t fret! A new season of Big Brother is about to drop on CBS and Paramount+ to help stave off our streaming boredom.

With many of our network favorites still on hiatus (come back soon, High Potential!) and reality juggernaut Love Island USA about to wrap, the season premiere of Big Brother couldn’t happen at a better time. Earlier this week, the show revealed the 14 Houseguests, including an MMA fighter, rocket scientist, game show host, daughter of an ’80s pop star, and a Drag Race All Star, with surprise Houseguests set to be revealed on air.

Hosted by Julie Chen Moonves, the Houseguests are, per the official press release, “stepping into a summer where nothing is as it seems, where every twist rewrites the rules, and where time becomes the ultimate twist.”

When Does Big Brother 28 Start?

The 90-minute season premiere of Big Brother airs Thursday, July 9 from 8:00-9:30 p.m. ET on CBS and Paramount+ Premium.

Big Brother 2026 Schedule:

• Big Brother Unlocked: Friday, July 10 at 8:00 p.m. ET
• Big Brother Episode 3: Sunday, July 12 at 8:00 p.m. ET
• Big Brother Episode 4: Wednesday, July 15 at 8:00 p.m. ET
• Big Brother Episode 5: Thursday, July 16 at 8:00 p.m. ET

New episodes will air on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.

Big Brother will be available to watch live on Paramount+ Premium and will also be available for next-day streaming for Paramount+ Essential subscribers.

Also, per CBS, for the first time, the live feeds will be available on the show’s official YouTube channel for a limited time after every Big Brother and Big Brother: Unlocked episode.
