Kelly Rowland shares her self-care essentials, from a $30 serum to a ‘fantastic’ red light mask

Kelly Rowland is destined for a busy fall.
The music icon and mom of two is getting ready for back-to-school season — and finding time for self-care whenever she can (even if that means watching her current favorite show, “House of the Dragon,” after her kids go to bed).
“I think that when you can get your time to yourself, you can give the best version of yourself to yourself, to your kids, to your family,” she told Page Six Style. “Everybody benefits when your cup is filled.”

She’s bringing the same philosophy to her partnership with Lysol, which is currently launching a Here for Healthy Schools: Quality Time Off (QTO) Grant to help families spend more quality time together.
Below, Rowland shares six self-care staples that keep her cup filled, from a $1,900 red light mask to the drugstore serum that gets her glowing.

“I tried it over the course of a couple weeks and ended up loving it. I liked the dewiness that it gave my skin. [There’s] a glow.”

“My hairstylist actually just gave me this Bobbi Brown lip conditioner that I fell in love with. It’s amazing.”

“I swear by these every morning.”

“Aquaphor comes in handy for everything.”

“I use them all the time for travel. They’re in all of my cars. They are in all of my purses. They’re on my rider. I trust the brand.”

“Every girl needs a red light mask. It’s your best friend. I use my girlfriend Shani Darden‘s mask. It’s fantastic.”
