Mandy Moore is embracing her postpartum body after three kids in less than four years — “loose skin and all.”

The actress proudly bared her stomach in an Instagram Story video Thursday, declaring, “After 3 kids in 3.5 years, this is what my body is.”

The 42-year-old pulled her shorts down in the social media upload, pulling on her skin.

She went on to share footage of herself working out despite being “super awkward” and “not a natural athlete.”

Moore told her followers, “I’m committed to getting stronger for the long run.”

Hours later, the “This Is Us” alum said her children called her out during a car ride for being older than their dad, Taylor Goldsmith.

Moore went on to share a workout video on Thursday, dubbing herself “awkward” and “not a natural athlete.”

She wrote, “On our way to camp this morning, Gus asked me if I was going to die before dad because I’m older than him. BURN. I told him I’m only a year older … geez.”

Moore and her husband, 40, got married in November 2018 and started growing their family three years later.

Their 5-year-old son August, nicknamed Gus, was born in February 2021, followed by Oscar, now 3, who goes by Ozzie, in October 2022.

The couple’s daughter, Louise “Lou,” now 1, arrived in September 2024.

In January, Moore clarified that she was finished expanding her family in an emotional statement.

“I am endlessly grateful for my beautiful family AND there’s a certain sadness knowing I’m done having babies and won’t be pregnant again,” she wrote via Instagram at the time.

Oscar “Ozzie” and Lousie “Lou” were born in 2022 and 2024, respectively.

The singer reflected on her parenthood “endeavor” in a Mother’s Day post in May.

“Being a mother is nothing and also plenty of what I thought it would be,” her Instagram caption read. “It’s impossible to distill the joy, the exhaustion, the fear, frustration, and mostly the unyielding love. All muddled together.

“I know every parent feels like the luckiest and we are no exception,” Moore continued. “Being a mom is my favorite thing about this life. Period.”
