Bronx miracle tot falls 5 floors — but is carried away alert and conscious

A 1-year-old boy miraculously survived a fall from a fifth-floor window in the Bronx on Friday evening and was hospitalized in stable condition, cops said.

The tot tumbled from a window at 93 Oak Terrace at around 6:40 p.m. and landed in the backyard, according to authorities.

The baby was alert and conscious when first responders arrived, according to the FDNY.

He was taken to Harlem Hospital in stable condition.

One person of interest is in custody following the incident.

The investigation is ongoing.
