Florida fugitive wanted for henious murder has large scorpion tattoo that cops hope will help ID her

Authorities believe they are closing in on the disguise-wearing Florida fugitive currently being hunted for the heinous murder of a dad found zip-tied in a shallow grave — and revealed several tattoos Thursday the alleged murderer sports.
Isabelle Rose Johnson, 38, reportedly has an unidentified tattoo on her right ankle and a large scorpion running from the left side of her rear to her thigh, the Walton County Sheriff’s Department announced.
“Today, we’re releasing additional identifying features belonging to Isabelle, or Jessica, or Harley, or whatever name she’s going by today,” wrote the agency on X.
Police had previously disclosed that she also wears a rose or flower tattoo on her left hand, beginning below the thumb and extending toward the index finger, according to the Walton County Sheriff’s Office.
“Justice is coming,” the sheriff’s office posted on Facebook after a reward for information leading to her arrest was increased from $6,000 to $11,000 last week. The reward now sits at $16,000.
Johnson has “been actively evading law enforcement” for the slaying of Jason Coulthart, 43, whose grisly remains were discovered at a property in Freeport on June 25 — where he was found with a zip tie around his neck and buried in a shallow grave covered in concrete with a black Cadillac parked atop it, according to an arrest report obtained by People magazine.
Coulthart was first reported missing on May 24.
Johnson is believed to be using several aliases, including Harley, Jessica Elaine Bowman, Jessica Elain Thrush, Jessica Elaine Thrash, Jessica Dowdy and possibly Denise, according to police.
She is a known fraudster who should be considered “dangerous,” and has ties to Okaloosa and Walton counties in Florida, as well as several places in Georgia and lower Alabama, according to the sheriff’s office.
“Johnson is known to move around a lot and often gets people to help her by playing on their sympathy,” the agency said.
“She may tell stories about going through tough situations, like domestic violence or other personal hardships, to convince people to give her rides, money, or other help.”
Coulthart is the father of a 20-year-old son and originally hails from New Jersey.
It was not immediately clear if he knew Johnson.
Five others have been arrested for accessory to the killing, according to authorities. Their connection to Johnson is not publicly available.
Johnson weighs about 120 pounds and is 5 feet, 3 inches tall.
She has brown hair and hazel eyes — although investigators believe she may have cut her hair short and dyed it to conceal her identity.
