Lindsay Clancy appeared to fight back tears while jurors were shown a video of the family of five spending a fun-filled day at a water park and more images of the slain children. 

Chilling surveillance video taken during the family’s December 2022 outing at Cape Codder resort appeared to show a swimsuit-clad Lindsay playfully going down an indoor waterslide with 5-year-old Cora.

“Lindsay was always able to interact with our kids,” Patrick said from the stand before the video was shown — and then said she “seemed to be doing a lot better” at the time, despite being hospitalized for suicidal ideations on Dec. 15, 2022, and again on New Year’s Eve. 

The father also said he felt comfortable with and trusted Lindsay taking baby Callan to a different area while he and the two eldest children played separately in the pool.

The exact date of the waterpark visit wasn’t immediately clear. 

More photos shown in court included Cora, 5, smiling while wearing a snowsuit, and another of her beaming from behind a mask; 3-year-old Dawson holding up a hand-drawn photo; and a pic showing Lindsay smiling while holding the couple’s youngest child, 8-month-old Callan. 

Patrick remained stoic on the stand, while Lindsay was seen trying to hold back tears at the defense table.
