An 87-year-old woman was shot in the neck and an 18-year-old man was shot in the hip when bullets flew in the Bronx Friday – and three 16-year-olds have been arrested, police said.

Gunfire rang out at East 224th Street and Barnes Avenue in the Wakefield neighborhood around 3:50 p.m. Friday, according to police. 

The victims were both rushed to Jacobi Medical Center in stable condition, police said. 

Cops believe the woman was struck by a stray bullet, but it wasn’t clear if the 18-year-old was an intended target, police sources said.

Three 16-year-old boys were arrested Saturday in connection with the shootings. 

Two of them were charged with two counts of attempted murder and one count of criminal possession of a weapon each, police said. The third teen was charged with criminal possession of a weapon.

Their names weren’t released because they are minors.

Last month, Jacob Freytes, the 12-year-old son of a retired NYPD sergeant, was killed by a stray bullet while riding his bike outside a Bronx bodega.

The gunman’s bullets also struck two other people on Eliot Place near the Grand Concourse.

Police quickly busted alleged gunman William Ferrer, 45, and charged him with second-degree murder. He was held without bail and is in Rikers Island jail, online records show.

Teen violence has plagued the city so far this year with nearly 50 children shot, according to NYPD data.
