Model Martha Hunt asks $3.75M for NYC home in a secret alley: ‘It’s like having your own private street’

Top model Martha Hunt is about to list her Tribeca pad on a charming cobblestoned alleyway for $3.75 million, Gimme Shelter has learned.

And it’s sure to make a splash, as the chic spread is in a boutique building with a shared rooftop pool. Plus, the building’s location on a cobblestoned alleyway is “like having your own private street,” said listing broker Taylor Middleton of Douglas Elliman.

“It’s hidden, and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city.”

Hunt purchased the condo for $3.45 million in 2017, two years after the building’s construction. She’s now looking for bigger digs with her love, photographer Jason McDonald, and their daughter Emery.

The two-bedroom, three-bath residence is at 5 Franklin Place, between Franklin and White streets, just west of Broadway.

It was reimagined by AD100 designer Giancarlo Valle and had its own 2021 close-up in Architectural Digest.

The former Victoria’s Secret Angel and top model for designers including Prada and Miu Miu, who was also a former Bulgari ambassador, was also once part of Taylor Swift’s “girl squad” and was in Swift’s 2015 “Bad Blood” music video.

At 1,700 square feet, the loft-like space features three exposures.

“The light is what first drew her here,” Middleton said.

There’s an open chef’s kitchen that anchors the living and dining areas, and custom sage-hued limewashed bedroom walls.

That large main bedroom suite also features custom built-ins, a walk-in closet, and a separate sitting area with a windowed, spa-like marble bath. Design details include 5-inch plank oak hardwood floors and 9.5-foot ceilings.

Furnishings, as per the AD story, include a vintage sofa by Mario Bellini for B&B Italia, and a custom bronze and ceramic dining table and banquette.
