What Giants’ new-look offense and defense will look like under John Harbaugh in Week 1

No more vanilla. 

The Giants will look very different on both sides of the ball Sunday against the Cowboys than they did in the preseason — and, in some ways, unrecognizable compared to last season’s schemes after a coaching change and roster overhaul to emphasize John Harbaugh’s brand on Bully Ball.

The Giants ranked No. 6 in shotgun snaps (76.5 percent) last season but are moving Jaxson Dart mostly under center. Only 46.6 percent of the Giants’ preseason snaps were in shotgun.
