Michigan needs to rebound … after a win.

In Week 1, Bryce Underwood and the Wolverines eked out a nail-biter 13-12 victory against the No. 293-ranked Western Michigan Broncos as time expired. As a result, they dropped out of College Football’s Top 25.

This week, the now No. 37 club (according to CBS Sports) will have their first real test of the season when they go toe-to-toe with John Mateer’s No. 11 Oklahoma Sooners who manhandled UTEP 51-0 in their first matchup last Friday.

“I think as a competitor, as a coach, you enjoy going on the road,” Oklahoma head coach Brent Venables said about this highly-anticipated Week 2 showdown. “You have an opportunity to help control the environment. … The chaos of game day is very real. You like the new challenge of what it can do for your team on the season. We’re going to have to be a team that plays well on the road.”

According to FanDuel, the Sooners are favored by 5.5 points going into today.
