A New York City school teacher who spewed vile 9/11 and antisemitic conspiracy theories online while wearing a tinfoil hat faced punishment from the Department of Education on the 25th anniversary of the heinous attacks, The Post has learned.

Among the unhinged claims by George Trim, a social studies teacher at IS 181 in Bath Beach, Brooklyn, was that World Trade center owner Larry Silverstein had prior knowledge of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.

“Before you have a 9/11, this guy just has the insight to get insurance against a terrorist attack on the Twin Towers. Okay, Larry Silverstein, you are you,” ranted Trim, 43, on his YouTube channel, where he went by Cartoonking365.

He also claimed to his 7,500 subscribers that the moon landing is a hoax and that Israel was behind the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.

“Jack Ruby, not Mr. Rubenstein, we’re never gonna ever call him that, they keep telling us he’s part of the mafia, they didn’t say which mafia … in Israel he’ll be referred to as Jacob Rubenstein; in America he’s Jack Ruby,” Trim fumed in a June 15 diatribe.

“The Jewish mafia’s involved … doesn’t that change a lot of things? Don’t we have to therefore … look into what happened with the fact that JFK was saying ‘hey, American Zionist party … y’all lobbying money but you need to label yourselves foreign entities. They decide not, same year he’s gone,” he continued.

Trim was found to be in violation of the DOE’s non-discrimination policies for his unhinged conspiratorial ravings

The DOE said in a Sept. 10 letter that the office of Equal Opportunity would consult with IS 281 Principal Maira Bender on “appropriate corrective action,” but did not state what the punishment would be.

“Mr. Trim violated Chancellor’s Regulation A-830, which outlines the Department of Education’s Non-Discrimination policy,” the letter stated.

New York City teacher and activist against antisemitism Moshe Spern lauded the DOE for taking action against the conspiracy-touting teacher.

“The DOE substantiating that George Trim, who claimed Jews had prior knowledge of 9/11, had actually violated their regulations is fitting for the 25th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks,” United Jewish Teachers President Moshe Spern told The Post.

The DOE said they can not comment on employee disciplinary matters.
