LAS VEGAS – When Los Perros del Mal reformed in AAA, the company’s most fearsome faction wasn’t going to take any form of disrespect from anyone whether they were wearing a mask or not.

The group walked into Triplemania 34 in Las Vegas on Friday night with an aim to capture the AAA World Trios Championship against Los Psycho Circus. By the end of their match, Angel, Berto and Daga were holding the belts.

Psycho Clown, Dave the Clown and Murder Clown were a formidable group in their own right. The group had held the championship at Origenes all the way back in November 2024 and held the title for 663 days before running into Los Perros del Mal.

“The Dogs of Evil” did get some help in the form of El Carnicero, who has been tormenting the AAA roster for weeks. He attacked Dave the Clown while the referee’s back was turned. It caused Psycho Clown to take his eye off the ball. Psycho Clown and El Carnicero brawled to the back while the match was still ongoing.

The six-man tag team match became a three-on-two as Los Perros del Mal took advantage. Karmen Petrovic, one of the leaders of the group, caused a distraction and the group took the opportunity to win the match.

Angel, Berto and Daga picked up the win to become the new trios champions.

It is the second time in the group’s long history that they have held the titles. Damián 666, Halloween and X-Fury initially won the belts as members of Los Perros del Mal at Triplemania XIX in June 2011 when the titles were first introduced. They beat Los Psycho Circus then as well – which featured Psycho Clown, Murder Clown and Monster Clown.

The group held the titles for 267 days before eventually losing to Los Psycho Circus in March 2012.

For now, Los Perros del Mal are on top of the trios world. It doesn’t appear as though they are looking back.
