Elizabeth Holmes X account posted a cryptic selfie of her dolled up and blowing a kiss, as the notorious imprisoned fraudster is going wildly viral for a creepy trailer of a new documentary.

“The answer to every challenge lies in your heart,” reads the post alongside a photo of her blowing a kiss in full makeup.

The notorious inmate’s post has been seen more than 7 million times since being shared late Sunday, with a series of replies to questions written as if by the imprisoned Theranos founder, including one saying the snake ring in her pic “is from a Taylor Swift merch stand.”

When one reader askes “wya” — for where ya at — Holmes’ account replies, “Bryan Federal Prison Camp.”

And when another tells her she hasn’t changed at all, the account replies, “True. But I don’t think that’s the insult you meant it to be.”

Although the posts are written as if by the Theranos founder and CEO, it is actually run by her long-time partner Billy Evans, according to NPR, as Holmes does not have internet access in federal prison where she is serving an 11-year sentence for defrauding investors out of hundreds of millions of dollars.

Holmes, 42, is back in the spotlight after a trailer dropped last week revealing that she would be the star of new documentary, “You Can See Everything,” from Fielder and and filmmaker Lance Oppenheim

The film follows Holmes in the weeks before she reported to federal prison in May 2023. It grew into a three-year project that continued after she was locked up.

Holmes was convicted by jury in January 2022 of one count of conspiracy to defraud investors and three counts of wire fraud.

She was sentenced to 11 years and three months in federal prison and later ordered, jointly with former Theranos president Ramesh “Sunny” Balwani, to pay more than $452 million in restitution.

Holmes was just 19 when she founded Theranos and spent years boasting technology she claimed could run a wide range of blood tests from a simple finger prick.

The company exploded in Silicon Valley and was valued at roughly $9 billion before investigations uncovered serious problems with the technology and revealed Theranos could not perform the sweeping array of tests Holmes had claimed.
