The Emmys 2026 crowned “Widow’s Bay” as the night’s top comedy winner and “The Pitt” as the top drama winner, with both shows taking home several major awards. Jean Smart made history by winning her fifth consecutive Lead Actress in a Comedy Series Emmy for “Hacks,” while Matthew Rhys became a rare two-time acting winner in the same night. Other winners included Noah Wyle, Rhea Seehorn, Allison Janney, Tom Pelphrey, “The Traitors” and “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert,” while Michael J. Fox received the Bob Hope Humanitarian Award.
