Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is outraged, so you know somebody did something right.

Turns out that the hero is Robert Kraft, who said that Ed Sheeran’s Loop Tour would no longer be welcome at his Gillette Stadium if Macklemore remained one of the opening acts — because the rapper was using his stage time to preach hate.

Kraft and other venue owners stood up after Macklemore took the stage at MetLife Stadium on Sept. 4 to explain that “one of the main reasons” he wanted to join the tour was not to entertain the crowd, but “to stand up here on stages and stadiums across America and say . . . Free Palestine.”

He filled in what those two words really mean by having images of Gaza played on huge screens as he performed his “Hinds Hall,” a tribute to the pro-Palestine vandalism on the Columbia campus: “Free Palestine” means one dominated by Hamas terrorists who launched the Gaza war with their Oct. 7, 2023, invasion of Israel and the slaughter of 1,200 innocents and the kidnapping of hundreds more.

Macklemore’s rank antisemitism can’t really be in doubt after he donned a huge fake nose to play a Naziesque caricature of a Jew during a 2014 show.

The boycott by multiple stadiums prompted the tour promoter to remove the rapper from the lineup, while Sheeran posted a plaintive “I keep politics out of my public art” note that mostly infuriated Macklemore and his enablers.

The rapper whined about Zionists suppressing his free speech, as if he’s not still free to push his lies about Israel’s “apartheid” and “genocide” at his own shows.

AOC joined in denouncing “what Robert Kraft did, to line up all of the stadiums to censor speech” and announced she’d be boycotting . . . Sheeran, apparently because he refuses to join in the snit fit even as every other performer signed up for the tour jumps ship.

No, the First Amendment doesn’t guarantee anyone an 80,000-seat arena, a point that should be obvious to all the “pro-Palestine” activists who’ve gotten acts cancelled since Oct. 7 because the performers support Israel’s continued existence.

So kudos to Kraft for having the guts to say No to hateful lies.

AOC and Macklemore, on the other hand, come off as posturing clowns.

They deserve each other.
