The legal nightmare surrounding Penthouse Pet Adva Lavie has taken a peculiar new turn.

Cops are investigating whether the social media influencer allegedly drugged her billionaire ex-fiance with ketamine, according to a police search warrant obtained by The Los Angeles Times.

Lavie, 29, is already facing felony charges for allegedly using dating apps to get close to wealthy people and steal from them, now investigators are digging into what happened during her relationship with Stephen Cloobeck, 64.

The ketamine probe came to light after the Los Angeles Police Department asked a judge in August for permission to search Lavie’s phone. The warrant says Beverly Hills Detective Steve Own had already been looking into the drugging allegation when he spotted Lavie at Azur, a French Mediterranean restaurant, in July.

Lavie was out on bail at the time and taking selfies inside the restaurant. Own noticed she apparently was not wearing the ankle monitor she had been ordered to wear.

“Own was familiar with Lavie because he himself had been investigating whether Lavie was drugging her fiance Steve Cloobeck with ketamine,” LAPD Detective Andrea Marsh wrote in the warrant affidavit.

Cloobeck had previously filed a report with Beverly Hills police, according to The Times. The warrant does not reveal the circumstances behind that report or explain what led detectives to investigate the alleged drugging.

Lavie’s attorney Jeremy Lessen also declined to comment on the allegation, according to The Times.

The latest revelation adds to a growing pile of allegations against Lavie, who also uses the names Mia Ventura, Shoshana and Shana.

She has pleaded not guilty to two counts of grand theft and two counts of first-degree residential burglary. Prosecutors allege she used dating apps between 2023 and 2025 to target wealthy older men and younger women in Westlake Village, West Hollywood, Los Angeles and Beverly Hills.

Authorities have also pointed to potential cases involving Lavie in Hermosa Beach, Nevada, Florida, Italy and France. One of the more eye-popping allegations surfaced in July during Coachella weekend.

While out on bail, Lavie allegedly went to the Coachella Valley Music Festival, where Indio police say she stole thousands of dollars worth of luxury goods from a victim. The alleged haul included an $8,600 Rolex, $700 Louis Vuitton sunglasses, a Louis Vuitton card holder and nearly $2,000 in cash.

Police also allege Lavie drove away in the victim’s Cybertruck. She has not been charged in connection with those allegations.

Her trouble with the ankle monitor eventually led to another arrest after Own spotted Lavie at the restaurant and contacted officials. Authorities learned that her court-ordered monitor was reporting her location at the nearby Peninsula Hotel, and Lavie was subsequently taken into custody.

Her attorneys later sought mental health diversion, but the request was unsuccessful. During a hearing last month, prosecutors played jailhouse recordings in which they said Lavie bragged about exploiting Cloobeck

The former couple’s relationship had already collapsed by then.

Cloobeck called off their engagement in early June, ending plans for a wedding. Lavie also moved out of his $26 million Beverly Hills mansion.

Still, a person close to the pair previously told The Post Cloobeck remained friendly with his former fiancee and “still cares about Adva.”

Cloobeck has faced his own legal problems.

He was arrested in May and charged with three counts of attempting to dissuade a witness from testifying and one count of harassment for making annoying phone calls.

His attorney has reportedly called those charges false.
