A sicko serial cat killer is hunting stray cats in Florida — and now police and enraged animal lovers have intensified the search and reward for the beast after his latest kill was caught on camera.

Surveillance video captured the horrifying moment the man opened fire on a cat in a parking lot near the Sunshine Flea Market in West Palm Beach in the middle of the night.

Wearing a headlamp and riding an e-bike, the deviant can be seen getting off his ride, aiming a handgun at a cat, firing and driving off.

The man is believed to have killed at least a dozen stray cats in Palm Beach County, officials said.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office has been investigating the killings since August, after Animal Care and Control was notified about cats found dead from gunshot wounds near the local flea market.

The cat seen getting shot in the harrowing footage is the lone known survivor of the rampage and has since been named Zoe.

She is recovering at Furry Friends Humane in Jupiter after losing her leg to a bullet.

“Zoe is frightened and in pain,” Jason Gluck, CEO of the rescue organization, told The Post.

Furry Friends Humane initially released the video while offering a $5,000 reward.

A supporter who was horrified by the footage donated money to double the reward to $10,000.

“We’re asking everyone who sees this video to really look at it and share it,” Gluck said. “The person who recognizes this person could be the person who helps bring them to justice.”

Investigators have used the footage to obtain an image of the suspect, but he has not been publicly identified.

The Animal Crimes Unit of the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone with information to contact animalcruelty@pbso.org or submit a tip through Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control’s Animal Cruelty website.

“Protecting animals doesn’t stop at the shelter,” Gluck said. “It happens when something like this happens in our community and we have an opportunity to help because we want to protect all animals in our community.”
