Presley Gerber reflected on his mental health struggles in a candid social media post shared a year before his tragic death.

“It’s been a minute since I’ve posted,” he wrote via Instagram in November 2025 after a short hiatus.

“I had to step back and take care of my own mental health for a bit. But I’m coming back soon — stronger, clearer, more intentional than ever.”

Gerber added that the “goal” of him launching a “Mental Health Mondays” movement on his social media platform was “to spark real conversations about the stuff most people hide.”

“It’s been incredible seeing how far that message has spread and how many people it’s helped,” he wrote.

“I’m proud that something I created has inspired others and started a bigger movement around openness and healing. And with November being Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, the timing couldn’t be better to keep the conversation going.”

Presley, the only son of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, had been open about his struggles with substance abuse and mental health for awhile before his untimely death.

In March, he shared footage from his trip to Cancún, Mexico, where he took an alternative psychedelic “ibogaine flood dose” at a wellness clinic to help eliminate acute drug withdrawal symptoms.

“I faced what I had been running from, and somewhere in all of it, i started finding my way back to myself 🤍…. We shall see…. Praying it’s the last time I have to come back,” Presley wrote via Instagram at the time.

As Page Six previously reported, Presley died Sunday at an undisclosed rehab facility. He was 27.

His cause of death has yet to be revealed.

Last month, Presley beamed in his final Instagram post, showing off his fit from the Vuori clothing brand while enjoying the outdoors.
