Martha Stewart told us this new serum ‘genuinely transformed’ her lips
At 85, Martha Stewart isn’t keeping her lips sealed about her beauty secrets.
This morning, the mogul’s Elm Biosciences brand launched its Elemental Lip Serum, a nourishing, plumping product billed as the “first longevity lip serum.”
“Our Elemental Lip Serum has genuinely transformed my lips,” Stewart told Page Six Style.
“They’re softer, fuller, and healthier-looking than they’ve been in decades. And it’s not just me saying so; it’s clinically tested, so I know it’s actually working, not just wishful thinking.”

It’s available in a clear version along with a trio of tints, and in addition to providing a pretty sheen, the formula helps visibly smooth fine lines and target telltale signs of lip aging.
At an intimate breakfast launch event in Manhattan this month, Stewart told outlets (including Page Six Style) that she’s been wearing the gloss in several selfies lately, and fans “kept asking” what lip product she was using.

But Stewart and her co-founder, board-certified dermatologist Dr. Dhaval Bhanusali, stressed that Elm Biosciences isn’t just your average star-backed skin care company — it takes a scientific, bio-tech-based approach to the space.
“Truly we’re both just two people trying to help push the science forward and build things that people actually want,” Bhanusali said.

The duo launched Elm Biosciences in 2025 with two products — A30 Elemental Serum and Inner Dose Daily Skin Supplement — before adding the A30 Elemental Night Cream. (When we tested the topicals, we were immediately impressed.)

Our review

“I was lucky enough to get my hands on the serum a few weeks before it launched, and I’ve been using it every day since. I don’t think I can honestly say that about any other new product I’ve tested! In true Martha fashion, every detail of the product feels extremely well-considered, from the scientific research to the packaging. The applicator even provides a cooling effect, which makes swiping it on feel so much more luxe. While Blush is my favorite, every color feels wearable and flattering (another rare feat). I kept it in my bag all throughout NYFW.” — Hannah Southwick, Associate Commerce Editor
“For a certified lip balm junkie who has at least a half dozen tubes at any given time, it takes a special formula to join my top-tier arsenal. The Elemental Lip Serum has not only done just that — it has me neglecting my previous go-tos. It goes on smoothly yet is quite light, and here’s the real magic: It doesn’t just moisturize lips, but also firms them for a truly healthy look that takes years off my pout. When I wake, I can still feel it on my lips, too — the calling card of a good lip treatment. This latest drop is exactly what you’d expect from the queen of everything (and more).” — Erica Radol, Commerce Reporter
