Disgraced Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes is set to move out of her cushy minimum-security prison and into a halfway house, according to a new report.

Holmes, 42, has been approved for a spot in a community correction center — known as a halfway house — in Texas and is slated to move into her new digs next August, according to an update from the Department of Justice’s Victim Notification System obtained by ABC News. 

The former Silicon Valley darling has been behind bars at the Federal Prison Camp Bryan since May 2023, where notorious sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell is also shacking up.

But the convicted fraudster will be moving out of the minimum-security women’s facility and into the Austin Transitional Center in Del Valle on Aug. 23, 2027, according to the notification.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons was unable to confirm Holmes’ transfer as it “does not discuss the conditions of confinement for any individual, including release plans,” a spokesperson said in a statement to The Post. 

“Additionally, per BOP policy, specific designation information cannot be released until after an individual arrives at their designated institution,” the statement said. 

However, BOP noted several factors go into assigning individuals to facilities, including “the level of security and supervision required, medical or programmatic needs, separation or security considerations necessary for the individual’s safety, and other relevant factors, such as proximity to the individual’s release residence.”

Residential reentry centers — more commonly known as halfway houses — provide assistance to inmates nearing their release into the public and provide a supervised environment to support employment counseling, job placement and financial management assistance, according to BOP. 

Holmes will serve the remainder of her sentence at the Austin Transitional Center, a privately-owned 460-bed “community corrections center” located around seven miles southeast of downtown Austin.

After her release, she will be living in Austin, where she will be supervised by the United States Probation Office, ABC reported. 

The disgraced CEO and mom of two is serving an 11-year sentence for knowingly misleading investors at Theranos, the now-defunct blood-testing company she founded in 2003.

She was convicted in 2022 on four counts of wire fraud and conspiracy for cheating investors, and ordered to pay $452 million in restitution and later pleaded with President Trump for early prison release.

A federal court judge trimmed her 11-year stint by 12 months in March due to changes to federal guidelines for first-time, non-violent offenders.

Holmes recently pushed herself back into the public spotlight when the trailer for a new documentary secretly filmed about her life was released — featuring the wild-eyed convicted liar unsettlingly telling the interviewer, “I’m not deceiving you.”

The highly-anticipated documentary titled “You Can See Everything” is scheduled to be released on Oct. 16.
