Another week, another three players have left The Traitors: New Blood.

After sending home Kim Daily and Madeline Kostopulos in Episodes 1 and 2 via murder and banishment, respectively, Episode 3 of NBC’s Traitors spinoff begins with a close call as the Traitor recruitment is still in progress. Remember, this season’s Traitors, Joe Vanella and Tomica Adams, tasked Xavier Scruggs and Katie Fites with retrieving death warrants to try and join the dark side, although Episode 2 cut off before we could find out if they both accomplished their task.

As host Alan Cumming states, whoever does not retrieve a death warrant will be sent home, and if both players are able to take one from a public space in plain sight, it will be up to the existing Traitors to decide who joins their foreboding fraternity. So, did they both manage to get the death warrants in time? And if not, who was murdered by the Traitors? And since we have two new episodes to enjoy, who else got the boot in these episodes?

Who Was Murdered In The Traitors: New Blood Episode 3?

The player murdered at the beginning of The Traitors: New Blood Episode 3 is Xavier Scruggs. After Episode 2 ended with the accomplices, Katie and Xavier, being beckoned to meet the Traitors and see who completed the mission to retrieve a death warrant, Episode 3 kicks off with both players presenting their warrants to Joe and Tomica. Since both players were able to grab warrants, the decision comes down to Joe and Tomica’s choice, which leads them to recruit Katie and murder Xavier, seeing Katie as someone people would suspect less throughout the game.

Who Was Banished In The Traitors: New Blood Episode 3?

Sadly, Episode 3 cuts off before the end of the Roundtable, leading viewers directly into the banishment that starts off Episode 4.

Who Was Banished In The Traitors: New Blood Episode 4?

At the Roundtable, the Faithfuls and Traitors ultimately chose to send home Arisa Thomas, the dog groomer from Los Angeles, who participated in a “shady” handholding ritual with Victor Vollbrechthausen in the days prior.

Who Was Murdered In The Traitors: New Blood Episode 4?

After throwing out Katie’s name based on what he had heard from Xavier, Logan Smith was the one to be murdered at the start of Episode 4. The move could end up backfiring on Katie, however, as her name is top of mind heading into the Roundtable vote that will surely open Episode 5 next week. We’ll just have to wait and see if she’s able to make it through or if the Faithfuls finally get a Traitor out of the game.
