Talk about timing.

Joe Jonas has lined up a buyer for his Brooklyn sky perch, and the deal landed a day before his most famous ex released a new single that Swifties are convinced takes aim at him.

The Jonas Brothers singer’s three-bedroom condo on the 26th floor of Olympia Dumbo went into contract Sept. 24, according to StreetEasy. It had asked $6.75 million since June, when The Post first broke news of the listing, which he had quietly put on the market.

Then on Friday, Taylor Swift unleashed “Patient Zero,” and the internet did what the internet does.

Swift revealed the new track on Sept. 22 as part of “The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore.” The song is written as a message from one woman to another who is now with a man the singer once dated. Swift casts herself as the first person to catch the emotional sickness he spreads, and offers to help the new girlfriend recover.

Fans quickly pointed to “Game of Thrones” star Sophie Turner. After the actress split from Jonas, Swift let Turner and her kids stay in her downtown Manhattan apartment during custody talks. The two women were photographed together around New York again and again after the breakup.

And Swift and Jonas go way back. They dated briefly in 2008, and the romance ended over the phone. Swift later told Ellen DeGeneres about “the boy who broke up with me over the phone in 27 seconds” and moved on.

Not every Swiftie is sold. Some lines seem to fit other exes better, and a reference to social climbing makes little sense for someone as famous as Jonas. Swift has not named Jonas, Turner or anyone else as the song’s muse.

As for Jonas’s unit, the final sale price won’t be public until the deal closes and hits city property records. But Jonas was never chasing a windfall. He bought the residence in May 2024 for $6.5 million, so his ask sat just $250,000 above what he paid.  

Once broker commissions and transfer taxes are paid, that margin could shrink to nothing, or flip into a loss.

The 2,654-square-foot corner unit faces the Manhattan Bridge, the East River and the lower Manhattan skyline through a wall of glass. 

The showstopper is a lounge done up in lipstick red, with a walnut bar and a vinyl station, a space that could revert to a fourth bedroom for a buyer who needs guest space.  

The kitchen is dressed in Fior di Bosco marble and hand-blown Bocci light fixtures. Common charges run $3,590 a month. Carl Gambino of the Gambino Group at Compass represented the seller.

The buyer is moving into one of Brooklyn’s buzziest addresses.

Olympia, a Fortis Property Group tower finished in 2024, counts former Nets guard Ben Simmons and “Frozen” songwriters Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez among its buyers. 

Its 32nd-floor penthouse also played Denzel Washington’s home in Spike Lee’s “Highest 2 Lowest,” and sold for $16.25 million. The only other penthouse in the building remains available for $15 million. The 33-story waterfront tower holds 76 residences and more than 38,000 square feet of amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools and a tennis court.

Jonas picked up the unit shortly after his 2023 split from Turner. 

He now divides his time between the US and the UK to be near the two daughters they share. He unloaded his longtime Nolita apartment for roughly $5.3 million, and was spotted scouting new digs in Greenpoint in January 2025.
