We also have some news on the upcoming third season of yet another Paramount+ favorite: Landman.

Did you enjoy Michael Kelly on Lioness and Jack Ryan? Well, guess what! He’s heading to Landman as a series regular for Season 3. Per Deadline, the theatrical dynamo will portray William Crockett, a titan of industry who leads the largest oil management firm in the world.

Sadly, that’s a hard no. The Season 2 finale of Landman debuted January 18, 2026, on Paramount+.

Yes! The second season was a streaming phenomenon. Based on the show’s overwhelming success, Paramount renewed the series for a third season in December.

Landman Season 3 Release Date Info: When Does The Third Season Of Landman Come Out?

We still don’t have an official release date, but we have an idea of when to expect new installments. In late July, James Jordan (Dale on Landman) told Decider that production on Season 3 would start in “about a month.”

“I get messages on Instagram every day asking about Landman,” Jordan said. “We know that the audience cannot wait. We’re going to get to work on that and try to get it out as soon as we can.”

The show has started casting extras for Season 3 in the Fort Worth area, with the series looking for people to work on September 24 and 25. With production most likely continuing through early 2027, our best guess is that the third season of Landman will debut in mid-to-late 2027 on Paramount+.
