Canadian supermodel Linda Evangelista’s West Chelsea penthouse has sold for $6.75 million, according to property records.

News of the deal was first reported by Curbed.

The industrial-chic home, which comes with a 2,500-square-foot terrace, was rented last year by fellow Canadian Keanu Reeves for around $45,000 a month, when he was in town starring in Broadway’s “Waiting for Godot,” as Gimme Shelter exclusively reported at the time.

The penthouse is inside 525 W. 22nd St., a six-story elevator edifice known as the Spears Building.

A West Chelsea real estate pioneer, Evangelista purchased the swanky aerie in a then-burgeoning arts district for $1.4 million back in 2001 — eight years before the first section of the popular High Line opened, transforming the area.

The Canadian beauty had first listed the four-bedroom, two-bath nest for $9.45 million in 2024. The price had then dropped first to $8.19 million and then to $7.99 million earlier this year, as Gimme also reported.

Listing broker Steve Gold, of Corcoran, once told Gimme Shelter that the price was a “value buy” because he has sold “north of $5,000 a square foot nearby.”

The 4,022-square-foot ritzy residence comes with lots of open spaces and custom built-ins.

A large living room is warmed by a fireplace. There’s also an eat-in chef’s kitchen.

Industrial design-style details include high ceilings, skylights, polished concrete floors and exposed brick.

As for the pièce de résistance, the main corner bedroom suite features High Line views, a spa-like bath and a grand dressing room fit for a supermodel — with six floor-to-ceiling custom closets.

In 1990, Evangelista famously told Vogue that she and fellow supermodel Christy Turlington wouldn’t “wake up for less than $10,000 a day.” Back then, she was part of a supermodel cabal that included Turlington, as well as Naomi Campbell, Cindy Crawford, Claudia Schiffer and Tatjana Patitz.

Although Evangelista is leaving West Chelsea, she is not leaving New York. Last year, Evangelista paid $5.24 million for a three-bedroom unit not too far away — at 35 Hudson Yards, according to property records.
