A Santa Rosa estate with a private water park, lazy river and waterslide has hit the market for $2.95 million, offering buyers the chance to turn their backyard into a full-blown resort.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom home was built in 2018 and sits behind a gated entrance. But the real showstopper is outside.

The custom pool winds through the landscaped backyard like a lazy river, complete with a waterfall, waterslide and walking bridges. An in-ground spa, fire pit, custom stonework and built-in outdoor barbecue round out the backyard setup.

The property also comes with plenty of country-estate extras, including pastures, livestock areas, a custom chicken coop, a fenced garden and multiple storage sheds.

There’s even room for horses.

The home itself features a primary suite with direct backyard access, a walkin closet, dual vanities and separate shower and tub. The kitchen has a large island and opens into a dining area, while the living room includes a fireplace and bar area overlooking the backyard.

The property also has two wells with water storage, solar power for the house, a separate solar system for the pool, a backup generator and an attached three-car garage.

The home was rebuilt by its late former owner after the previous house was destroyed in the devastating 2017 Tubbs Fire, according to the Press Democrat.
