Andrew Cuomo spotted in high-level meetings at Singapore Grand Prix that was crawling with A-listers

After we reported that former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo bought a $9.6 million compound in the Hamptons last month, the ex-pol was spotted over the weekend at the Singapore Grand Prix schmoozing with F1 royalty and other A-listers.

Starry spectators at the Singapore race also included Kim Kardashian (cheering on her beau, Lewis Hamilton), Romeo Beckham, former NBA greats Dwyane Wade and Chris Paul and Olympian Eileen Gu. Lana Del Rey and Janet Jackson performed on Sunday.

Andrew Cuomo was spotted over the weekend at the Singapore Grand Prix schmoozing with F1 royalty.

Kardashian had previously crashed and burned with F1 fans for snubbing former racer and Sky Sports commentator Martin Brundle when he tried to approach her at the Monaco Grand Prix for an on-camera chat.

But this time, the reality star told the racing broadcaster, “Did I not know the rules, did we get off on the wrong foot?” Hamilton was then seen kissing Kardashian on his way back to his Ferrari garage — but he had less luck out on the track and finished sixth.

Cuomo was seen chatting with McLaren superstar and 2025 F1 world champ Lando Norris and mingling with McLaren Racing CEO Zak Brown, while “enjoying VIP access to the team’s garage and an up-close look at its multimillion-dollar race cars,” a spy said.

Cuomo hit the grand prix after attending crypto industry conference TOKEN2049 as the cochair of a joint venture between Intercontinental Exchange (the owner of the New York Stock Exchange) and the crypto exchange OKX. Norris also appeared at the crypto conference along with F1 racer Max Verstappen plus Eric Trump, Nasdaq CEO Adena Friedman and Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss.

Cuomo is known as a major gearhead and vintage car collector, and now he has a new five-car garage at his Hamptons estate. Wondered an F1 spy, “Perhaps there’s room for a McLaren in the governor’s future?”
