Plaintiff lawyer Thomas Giuffra “has been trying his case in the media since filing the lawsuit, and reporting indicates that this was deliberate and planned,’’ argued the attorneys repping Diego Sarabia — who is accused of forcibly kissing the unnamed woman and snorting ketamine off her naked body — in court papers filed  Monday in state supreme court.

Here’s the latest on the ‘Cornell 7’ frat probe:

Giuffra’s actions are an attempt to argue the case in the court of public opinion and could blow any chance of an impartial jury, wrote Sarabia’s lawyers, James Knox and Alishah Bhimani.

They said the judge should sign off on the order immediately “because there appears to be no end to plaintiff’s ongoing media campaign.”

The filing cited more than two dozen “extrajudicial statements” or media appearances made by Giuffra and said those are but a small subset of “the media tour.”

“The case is in its infancy,” the defendant’s camp said, noting that several of the accused fraternity brothers have not even had lawyer appear in the case yet.
