The lines are chalked, the grass is cut and the dirt has been raked. Game 3 is taking place tonight in Los Angeles. Los Angeles is still undecided about who will take the ball for them. They have plenty of options, and they’ve landed on a former Cy Young winner to take the ball for them in this one. Blake Snell is looking to lead them to their first win of the series. 

It was a good start for Snell in the National League Division Series, but the Dodgers did lose the game. He went 3.2 innings and allowed three hits and one earned run. He also allowed five walks while striking out five. Command isn’t usually an issue for Snell, but he can’t afford to give the Brewers free bases if he wants to give the Dodgers a chance today. Snell didn’t face the Brewers this season, but they are 11-for-64 against him in his career.
