BOSTON — For eight years, Mitchell Robinson only changed clothes and cracked jokes and teased reporters inside the visiting locker room at TD Garden.

But on Friday, he was an outsider in Celtics green — and still the same Mitch.

“I brought so much light to this team,” Robinson said, probably in jest, as he peered in the Knicks locker room.

Robinson was the lone significant departure from the Knicks 2026 championship team, signing with the Celtics in free agency for three years, $47.4 million.
