Halloween haunted house manager accused of being ‘dangeorus serial sexual predator’: ‘Monsters are real’
Some “monsters” are real.
A Pennsylvania Halloween haunted house manager allegedly physically and sexually assaulted multiple women, including a girl as young as 12, prosecutors said.
Described as a “highly dangerous recidivistic sex offender,” Edward Eisenhard, 38, an accused “highly dangerous … serial sexual predator” targeted women in both workplace and domestic settings, Bucks County District Attorney Joe Khan said at a press conference Tuesday.
Eisenhard — who worked as a supervisor at the Valley of Fear Halloween attraction and manager of a Five Below store in Pennsylvania — allegedly assaulted three women ranging from 12 to 38, according to prosecutors.
“Halloween is the time when we send our little ones out dressed as Dracula and Frankenstein’s monster to Trick-or-Treat, but unfortunately some monsters are real and want to do violence to our children and other loved ones,” Khan said.
The accused creep was busted by police on Oct. 1 for allegedly making lewd comments and assaulting a 19-year-old female employee while she cleaned the Five Below on Sept. 27, according to the DA’s office.
Following his arrest, two other victims came forward with disturbing allegations against Eisenhard — who was slapped with additional charges by prosecutors Tuesday.
On the opening night of Valley of Fear — Sept. 25 — Eisenhard allegedly grabbed one of his female workers tightly by her throat to the point she had difficulty breathing while he was on a break, according to the DA’s office and a criminal complaint.
He then pinned both of her wrists above her head, made lewd comments and sexually assaulted her over her clothing.
Eisenhard — who had worked at the haunted house for 10 seasons — was axed from his job the next day.
He also had new charges tacked on for the alleged “repeated abuse of a 12-year-old child,” prosecutors revealed.
In December 2025 and again in October, Eisenhard sexually assaulted the young girl while she was sleeping over his home in Springfield Township, according to a criminal complaint obtained by ABC News.
The alleged pervert had access to the girl through a relationship with her family, prosecutors said.
Eisenhard faces a slew of charges including strangulation, indecent assault, disorderly conduct, aggravated indecent assault and corruption of minors and harassment.
He has remained behind bars since his arrest — unable to post bond — and was denied bail Wednesday because the “safety of the community cannot be protected …,” according to Magisterial District Judges Daniel Baranoski and Gary Gambardella.
“Serial sexual predators should not be able to buy themselves out of jail,” Khan said.
Authorities “strongly believe” there are more victims out there.
“If you were victimized by this individual, please know that you are not alone,” Khan added.
“We will listen to you, we will fight for you and that we will do everything in our power to keep you and our community safe.”
