Kevin Federline faced second unpaid credit card bill after Britney Spears’ payments stopped
Kevin Federline was hit with another unpaid credit card bill following the end of his ex-wife Britney Spears’ child support payments.
Page Six can exclusively reveal that Bank of America sued Federline in February for the $12,186.64 he owed the bank.
Bank of America also asked that the Honolulu, Hawaii, court determine whether the former backup dancer owed them interest, reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs associated with the case, including the $155 it cost to file the complaint.

We can confirm that Bank of America filed to dismiss the suit with prejudice in June, indicating the amount owed had been paid.
Reps for Federline did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
This revelation adds to the mounting money troubles he’s been facing since November 2024, when Spears stopped sending him thousands of dollars per month for their two sons: Sean Preston Federline, 20, and Jayden James Federline, 19.
In fact, Page Six just uncovered that City National Bank filed its own lawsuit against Kevin earlier this week for the $117,704 he allegedly owes the bank.
