Luka Doncic catches unexpected stray in Ayesha Curry’s Warriors flex

Luka Dončić doesn’t need any reminders about what Steph Curry did to win during Friday night’s game.

The Lakers star guard had his ankles broken by Curry at one point in the Warriors’ comeback 112-95 win. Curry drained the ensuing 3-pointer, adding further insult to what was already an embarrassing moment for Dončić.

The Warriors included several slow-motion clips of Curry breaking Doncic’s ankles in an Instagram post after Friday’s night’s game, which was captioned, “Tonight’s Warriors win marks the largest margin of victory (17) by any NBA team after trailing by 25+ since 1997-98, when play-by-play was officially recorded.”

Steph’s wife, Ayesha Curry, reposted this to her own Instagram Story.

To be fair, Ayesha didn’t repost the actual clip of Steph breaking Luka’s ankles, instead posting another video of Steph hyping up his home crowd.

But that is still enough to say Dončić caught another stray from the Curry family on Friday night.

Both Curry’s and the rest of the Warriors franchise and fan base certainly got the last laugh against Luka and the Lakers on Friday night.

These teams don’t play each other again until Jan. 27, which means Dončić has a lot of time to think about what Curry did to him before matching up again.
