It’s that time of year again: Heidiween.

Heidi Klum hosted her annual Halloween party for the 25th year Saturday, arriving dressed as a severed hand.

Klum’s jaw-dropping costume featured a bloody wrist, with her head positioned at the centre of the hand.

The hand was a replica of her real left hand, complete with her green stone wedding ring and the finger tattoo reading “Tom” in honour of her husband, Tom Kaulitz.

She made a dramatic entrance, arriving at the party in a truck covered in red “DANGER” signs before being helped to the ground by actors dressed in yellow hazmat suits.

Klum is hosting the event, presented by Apothic and Butterfinger, at Cathédrale Restaurant at Moxy East Village in New York City.

Kaulitz, who has served as an accessory to the supermodel’s wacky and wild costumes through the years, was not at the party this year.

The 53-year old first teased her costume on Instagram starting one week before the big day, sharing a close-up look at some of her prosthetics.

There were what appeared to be some form of dead and decaying innards, rotting flesh and more.

On Thursday, the supermodel displayed a mannequin seemingly rendered in her measurements, with a deconstructed hiking backpack strapped to the back.

Last month, she told People, her look “goes very well with red wine,” adding,“It’s very, very bloody.”

“A great glass of wine is always fun… and most of the time you think of something gory when you have a blood transfusion bag,” she also shared. “That’s what Halloween is all about. We go gory, and we go there.”

Klum has rendered herself completely unrecognizable with the help of prosthetics over the years. Last year, she showed up as a hissing Medusa while Kaulitz was dressed as a concrete soldier.

Some of her most memorable looks have included Jessica Rabbit, an old version of herself and a worm. She has recently ramped up her looks, spending up to 10 hours in one day being covered in pounds of prosthetics, makeup and more.
