San Francisco 49ers star running back Christian McCaffrey’s newborn son, Roman, is attending his first NFL game on Sunday, when the 49ers face the Las Vegas Raiders at home.

This means McCaffrey’s wife, Olivia Culpo, has to navigate handling their two children during the game, which can create some unique challenges.

Culpo is taking a relatively carefree attitude towards breastfeeding, as shown through several comments she made in an Instagram post on Saturday.

When explaining what was in the bag she brings when taking her son places, Culpo said, “This is a muslin swaddle, but I leave this one loose, as more of like a, keep it over you while you’re breastfeeding, so nobody sees your boobs. Although, who really cares anyway?”

She later added, “I actually love breastfeeding, to be honest.”

On Sunday, Culpo posted a TikTok video where she detailed the outfit she was wearing to San Francisco’s game and spoke more about breastfeeding.

“This is legitimately my postpartum uniform. [Starting] out with a bodysuit, [with a] scoop-neck so I can breastfeed easily,” Culpo said.

“I used to think I was high-maintenance until I started breastfeeding, then I realized how high-maintenance my boobs are,” she later added while showing off the 49ers jacket she “stole” from 49ers tight end George Kittle’s wife, Claire.

Culpo and McCaffrey had a daughter named Colette in the summer of 2025, so none of these challenges are new for Culpo.

But that doesn’t mean they’re easy to deal with in public.
