David Wain, the director of cult comedy classic Wet Hot American Summer, is blessing us with another absurd, silly, summer comedy: Gail Daughtry and the Celebrity Sex Pass, which opens in movie theaters this weekend.

Directed by Wain, who also co-wrote the script with fellow WHAS alum Ken Marino, Gail Daughtry and the Celebrity Sex Pass stars Zoey Deutch as Gail Daughtry, a hairdresser from Kansas who has an innocent conversation with her husband-to-be about which celebrity they would get a “pass” to have sex with. It’s just fun, fantasy talk. She certainly never thought her fiancé would run into Jennifer Aniston in a grocery store and actually have sex with her. Seeking revenge on her cheating man, Gail decides the only thing for her to do is to find her celebrity crush—Jon Hamm—and sleep with him.

Honestly, the whole concept sounds like a riot. Especially because Hamm’s former Mad Men co-star, John Slattery, plays himself in the movie, joining Gail on her quest to track down Hamm. An over-the-top comedy like this is probably best watched at a movie theater with a packed audience. Is Gail Daughtry and the Celebrity Sex Pass streaming on Netflix or Amazon Prime Video?

Gail Daughtry and the Celebrity Sex Pass is not currently streaming on Netflix or Amazon, because the movie is being released in theaters, only. Right now, the only way to watch the Gail Daughtry movie is in a movie theater. That said, because Gail Daughtry and the Celebrity Sex Pass is a Sony movie, being released in the U.S. via Sony Pictures Classics, so we do expect to see it streaming on Netflix eventually.

Another recent Sony Classic movie, Scarlet, came to Netflix about four months after opening in theaters nationwide.
