A Florida mom has been arrested after her three children were found living in “biohazard conditions,” with human feces “coating the floors, walls and ceilings” of the living areas, even the kitchen.

Carla Nishikura, 41, was charged with three counts of child abuse after her kids were found in the Palm Coast home that was so disgusting a cleaning crew refused to go in “due to the biohazard conditions,” according to an arrest affidavit.

The alarm was raised on July 16 when a neighbor saw the tattooed mom’s 8-year-old daughter wandering around outside naked, the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office said in the report.

Nishikura told officers that the girl, who is autistic and nonverbal, had escaped through the garage door while she was sleeping — after she forgot to zip tie it closed to keep her from running off.

As police went inside the house, officers noted the floor of the girl’s bedroom, which only had a frame and no mattress, “was covered with fecal matter, cracked eggs, and urine,” the affidavit stated.

At one point, officers observed the girl, who was still naked and barefoot, “using a tool to scrape fecal matter from the wall and manipulate it with her hands,” according to the affidavit.

One of the girl’s two siblings, who had been sleeping elsewhere in the house, told investigators they were told not to enter the girl’s room to avoid being exposed to the excrement that had been in the home “for approximately one month,” according to the affidavit.

Nishikura acknowledged the deplorable conditions of her home, telling police she was unable to take care of her house and kids by herself, police said. 

Body camera footage obtained by WKMG shows a police officer telling the tattooed mother outside of the home that one of the bedrooms looked like a “litterbox,” prompting her to fire back that he should watch his “choice of words.”

She tries to run back inside the house, at which point she’s placed in handcuffs.

“You guys are f–cked up,” she tells the police office.

The officers contacted the Florida Department of Children and Families, who had visited the home a day prior and reported the “deplorable” state of the residence.

DCF triied to get in the cleaning service that refused to go in the “biohazard conditions,” the affidavit says.

She was charged with three counts of child neglect and taken to Flagler County Inmate Facility, where she’s being held on a $7,500 bond, jail records show.

A judge ordered her not to contact her three children while setting her next court date for Aug. 18.
