A desperate search is underway for an energy executive who went missing while paddleboarding in Florida.

Matt Pawlowski, 48, was last seen around 9 a.m. Monday four miles east of Jupiter Beach on a 14-foot lime green and yellow paddleboard.

The U.S. Coast Guard deployed air and surface crews in the search, which was based on Pawlowski’s last-known position, drift patterns and possible routes.
