When does Amazon Prime Day 2026 end? What you need to know to shop ASAP

Amazon Prime Day is here (June 23 through June 26), but time waits for no shopper. If you’re still dragging your feet on shopping deals on tech, home and beauty, this is your call to get a move on. Sale prices are changing as I type this.
With inflation being as high as the rising heat temperatures, this is truly the time to save on the things you need, as well as items you simply want. We’ve seen items up to 50% — even 70% off! — thus far, but that doesn’t mean they’ll be around by the last day of the event, so when I say hurry and shop, I mean it.
Here’s everything you need to know about when Prime Day ends and what you need to grab now.
When does Prime Day end?
Prime Day ends on Friday, June 26, at 3 a.m. ET. This will bring the four-day Prime-exclusive event to a close. What does this mean for you? Any Prime-exclusive deals are set to expire at this time, including Lightning Deals.
That said, even though Prime Day ends late Friday night, you’ll want to make sure to get your orders in sooner, not later. As someone who has covered Prime Day for almost eight years, once a product sells out, you’re out of luck for the event. And when it does return, it won’t be at the Prime Day price.
What do I need to shop now?
Prime Day is a great time to shop for everything from top-rated tech to home products.
Vacuums, for example, especially Dyson vacuums, are on sale right now. You can get as much as 50% off on certain robot vacuums and cordless vacuums, too.
Essentials are another important buy during Prime Day. I personally stocked up on batteries, trash bags, dish soap during Prime Day 2026. Are they exciting items? No, but the idea is to buy enough while they’re discounted, so you can save extra money by avoiding having to restock later in the year.
Other products to shop? Apple sees massive deals during Prime Day, including the all-new AirPods Pro 3, which are at their lowest price ever! Other deals include HP laptops, headphones and widescreen TVs.
As for beauty deals, medicube, grace & stella, and even Crest Whitestrips are heavily discounted during Prime Day, along with other summer essentials, such as sunscreen.
Health and fitness items like smartwatches from Garmin and Apple, and even Oura Rings, are on sale, too, making them a great buy, especially if you’re trying to tighten up your beach bod.
Finally, Amazon tech like Kindles and Echo devices are on sale.
When is the next Prime Day?
While Amazon has yet to confirm a second Prime Day-like event for 2026, the retailer has historically hosted another shopping extravaganza: Prime Big Deal Days. The two-day event typically takes place in October and is loved by consumers who want to get a jump on holiday shopping.
