Creepy Dollar Tree manager allegedly assaulted cashier at register: lawsuit

She got more than she bargained for.

A fed-up former cashier claims her pervy boss at a Queens Dollar Tree relentlessly forced himself onto her – purposely pressing his pelvis into her backside while entering his manager code into the register.

Nasushon Taylor is suing the discount giant after enduring constant unwanted touching, harassment and advances from her supervisor that started almost immediately after she was hired in January 2024, according to a federal lawsuit filed on June 23.

And despite sounding the alarm about the manager Tori Rogers’ alleged behavior to higher ups at the store, no one ever addressed it, Taylor claimed in court papers.

Within her first month at Dollar Tree, she noticed that Rogers would come up behind her and press his waist into her backside “using the guise” of using the register, according to the filing.

He would allegedly use similarly slimy tactics to touch her chest, and asked her out at least four to five times per week, she alleged.

Rogers even stopped by the store even when he wasn’t on the schedule just to see and harass Taylor, court papers said.

She reported the situation to Human Resources several times, she said — but her concerns went unaddressed and matters only worsened.

Rogers allegedly started falsely accusing Taylor of stealing from the cash drawer and register, which she denied.

She finally quit the hellish job in May 2024, but that apparently didn’t stop Rogers from continuing his harassment — he started showing up at her new job at White Castle, court papers said.

His friends also confronted her there to “intimidate” her, she claimed. One woman allegedly spit at her on Rogers’ behalf.

Taylor is demanding over $6.5 million in damages from Dollar Tree.

Dollar Tree and attorneys for Taylor did not immediately return The Post’s requests for comment, and Rogers could not be reached.
