Brandon Aiyuk has made it clear that he wants nothing to do with the 49ers any longer. This has been shown by the daily social media rants and tirades he’s posting about the franchise.

He has also made it clear that he wants to join the Commanders, which would mean that he’d catch passes from star quarterback Jayden Daniels.

However, it would seem that Aiyuk and Daniels might need to iron out a few things if this relationship is going to work, given a callout that Aiyuk had of Daniels via his Instagram Story on July 4.

Aiyuk posted a selfie that tagged Daniels’ account and wrote, “… Turn your savage up.”

Aiyuk is referring to an exchange that Daniels had with a 49ers fan on July 3, when the fan was yelling at Daniels during a World Cup game about how much he despises Aiyuk.

Daniels was seen laughing the entire video and not coming to Aiyuk’s defense.

While there’s a chance that Aiyuk was completely joking, it’s tough to tell the true intentions of anything he’s posting on social media these days, and therefore everything should be taken at face value.

It’s always foolish for a wide receiver to get on their quarterback’s bad side. It’s even more foolish when the receiver is trying desperately to get signed by that quarterback’s franchise.
