Unhinged Taylor Swift fanatics are buying cubes of NYC street trash collected around MSG for $25 a pop — including an ovulation test kit

An enterprising NYC artist is capitalizing on the hullabaloo around Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s Madison Square Garden wedding by selling small plastic cubes filled with literal garbage to Swiftie fanatics — including cigarette butts, straws and even a discarded ovulation test kit for $25 apiece.

And the trash cubes have already sold out.

Justin Gignac has been gathering refuse from city streets surrounding the World’s Most Famous Arena since last week’s closed-door ceremony, betting that pop music’s most parasocial fans will open their wallets for the privilege of owning their very own piece of Taylor-adjacent trash.

Swifties have quickly bought up the supply of “limited edition” trash cubes loaded with rubbish gathered in Midtown Manhattan after Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s July 3 wedding extravaganza.

The bizarre gamble has paid off, with Gignac saying he’s sold more than 1,300 one-inch-by-one-inch-by-three-quarter-inch litter-stuffed cubes across 30 countries.

The trash cubes, alternately labeled “New York City Garbage” and “Not Invited Edition (Taylor & Travis’ Wedding),” have been flying out the door as fast as he can create them, even at the lofty price tag of $25 plus $10 shipping.

Artist Justin Gignac, who has been peddling New York City street trash since 2001, has sold over 1,300 of the cubes.

“Each sculpture is carefully arranged and sealed so it won’t leak or smell,” the online listing assures would-be customers. “And signed by Justin at the bottom.”

Gignac put on a tuxedo, armed himself with a litter picker and went around Midtown Manhattan after the ceremony to collect items such as bottle caps, discarded plastic utensils, an orphaned AirPod, and a Ring Pop, then packaged them up and sold them on his website.

One cube even contained an ovulation test kit, he said.

“There’s garbage on the floor after the party. Collected from the edge of a love story outside Madison Square Garden, as close to Taylor & Travis’ big day as you could’ve gotten without an invite,” the website listing reads.

“This is the debut of Pocket Garbage, so you can carry a piece of the greatest day of your… I mean, their lives, wherever you go.”

Gignac has sold other “limited edition” garbage cubes to commemorate the New York Giants’ 2012 championship parade, the Yankees’ 2009 parade and other noteworthy Big Apple happenings over the years.

The cubes commemorating the star-studded wedding have sold out, with buyers in more than 30 countries.

The star-studded July 3 wedding, which saw several New York City streets shut down, was attended by over 1,000 guests, including A-listers like Brad Pitt, Ed Sheeran, Reese Witherspoon, Steven Spielberg and Adam Sandler, who officiated the service.
