Lindsay Lohan celebrates her 40th birthday with family, friends and a toast in the Hamptons

Lindsay Lohan got toasted in the Hamptons — but not in the way she used to.
The “Mean Girls” star celebrated her 40th birthday, renting out part of the swank Le Bilboquet restaurant in Sag Harbor for about 60 friends who gave her tributes and clinked their glasses.
We hear her whole family was present for the milestone occasion including her husband Bader Shammas, mom Dina, father Michael, and siblings Ali, Dakota and Michael Jr.
Basketball star Steph and Ayesha Curry were also there to help her blow out the candles. The Golden State Warrior and his wife first met Lohan in Dubai through a mutual friend of Shammas, chef Michael Mina.
The pair have become so close that that they are godparents to Lohan’s child, Luai. And in a case of art imitating life, Ayesha played Lohan’s character’s best friend in the 2024 Netflix flick “Irish Wish.”
We hear the former wild child gave a speech welcoming the crowd of people, “I have known from my past and where I am today. So many chapters of my life and all the things I have gone through and how far I have come.”
“Some of you have known me since I was a little girl and some have become lifelong friends along the way,” she said. “Every one of you has helped shape the person that I am today.”
We hear other guests included Hilary Shor, who produced the 2014 OWN docuseries “Lindsay,” socialite Lizzie Tisch, skincare guru Peter Thomas Roth’s son Ryan Thomas Roth, socialite Andrew Warren, Vas Morgan and singer Parson James.
A spy tells us there was a cocktail reception outside before the party moved indoors for a surf-and-turf dinner. The “Freaky Friday” star was presented with a pink cake covered in flowers.
Guests also set off confetti cannons, making the mood extra festive.
“Lindsay is doing amazing and so happy,” said a source.
Lohan spent the week in the Hamptons with her family.
She has been in the city lately filming the upcoming Hulu miniseries “Count My Lies” with Shailene Woodley and Kit Harington.
