But Keyne has turned into a superstar in his own right during the World Cup, as soccer fans around the globe have fallen in love with his antics while cheering on Lamine during Spain’s run in the tournament. 

Kenye celebrated Spain’s win over Belgium in Los Angeles to reach the semifinals by sticking out his tongue, which was captured on the SoFi Stadium video board. Lamine looked up and saw the moment, laughing at his little brother’s celebration. 

Lamine was aware that it was Kenye’s planned celebration after he phoned his brother before the match. 

“I was at physio and he called me, using my mum’s phone, and told me that he was going to stick his tongue out tomorrow,” the soccer star told reporters at the time, per The Guardian.

“So that’s why when I saw him on the screen, it really made me laugh.”

Keyne has been featured quite a bit on social media, as Lamine has shared plenty of hilarious moments with his brother. 

In late June, Lamine posted a video of Keyne trying to hit a golf ball while at a Topgolf driving range, with the attempt going hilariously sideways. 

Eventually, after several failed attempts, Keyne threw the golf ball and then ran onto the range. 

“My little brother means everything to me,” Lamine said this month.

“I’m in love with him; it feels like he’s my son.”
