Two Florida school principals were arrested for alleged drunk driving just hours apart after police stopped the same Jeep twice in one night.

Jennifer Jimenez, 41, was arrested around 2 a.m. July 5, after deputies saw the white Jeep drift into an oncoming lane and strike a curb, the Orlando Sentinel reported Tuesday.

Jimenez, the principal of Pinecrest Academy Tavares, admitted she had been drinking earlier in the day, according to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.

A police affidavit said she was “very unsteady and choppy” and “staggered and swayed as she attempted to stand still.”

She refused field sobriety testing and was arrested.

Police said her passenger, Christina Alcalde, 45, was also too impaired to drive, so they arranged a rideshare and left the Jeep parked nearby.

But about two and a half hours later, authorities pulled over the same Jeep again and found Alcalde behind the wheel.

Alcalde, the principal of neighboring Pinecrest Lakes Academy, was arrested after field sobriety testing.

Jimenez and Alcalde have both pleaded not guilty to DUI charges and refusing DUI testing.

Court records show each was released on $2,000 bond.
