Cops hunt for skateboard-wielding twerp in viral NYC street fight who put motorist in chokehold

His fighting days could be grinding to a halt.
A skateboard-wielding twerp who put an angry motorist in a chokehold during a viral fight in the East Village this week is being hunted by the NYPD.
Cops asked the public for information Friday to help them track down the bleached blonde attacker seen in the twist-filled, one-minute video posted on X.
The altercation between the unidentified skateboarder and a 34-year-old motorist unfolded Tuesday around 3:50 p.m. along St. Marks Place near Second Avenue, police said.
After a fight, the skateboarder put the motorist in a chokehold that caused him to lose consciousness and sent him to the hospital in stable condition, cops said.
Freelance photographer Michael O’Hara, who shot the video, said the fight erupted after the skateboarder accused the motorist of almost running him over with his Mercedes SUV.
The video picks up moments after the assailant used his skateboard to smash the vehicle’s front windshield.
“I’ve seen some crazy s–t in Florida, but I’ve never seen anyone once put a skateboard through (a window),” the photographer, who originally hails from the Sunshine State, previously told The Post.
The attacker then used his skateboard to the club the car several times, before he throws it, the video shows.
The irate driver ran out and picked up the board from the sidewalk, using it to land a blow against its owner, according to the video.
An awkward scuffle ensued, during which the skateboarder picked up the board once more and smashed it over the driver’s head, the video shows.
The clip cuts off as the skateboarder holds the motorist’s head.

The skateboarder ran off before cops and medics arrived, prompting NYPD investigators to issue the plea for help solving the apparent assault.
