Newly released chilling video captured the moment a parcel bomb exploded in Monaco last month and nearly killed a Ukrainian tycoon and reportedly blew the legs off his girlfriend.

Ukraine Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko — whose office released the footage over the weekend — claimed the surveillance camera that caught the footage was installed on the street ahead of the explosion to record the crime and assure the hired bomber carried out his end of the contract killing.

The footage of the shocking June 30 bombing caught the moment a person left an object in the entryway of a building in the middle of the city just before oligarch Vadym Yermolaiev, a real-estate developer, arrived with his female partner and young teenage son.

Yermolaiev has been sanctioned by Ukraine for his alleged continued business activities in the Russia-annexed Crimea region — and is claiming that Kyiv’s military pulled off the hit on him.

The suspect, wearing a hat and purple sweater, can be seen talking on the phone and glancing back at the businessman before the blast goes off, knocking the surveillance camera to the ground.

In the violent aftermath, the suspect is seen grabbing the camera and fleeing.

Anastasiia Berezovska, 39, was identified as the suspect, but she was shot to death just three days later — after Interpol issued a red notice for her arrest.

Berezovska was killed by Ukrainian intelligence officer Vladyslav Reut and his partner, Vitalii Zhykovych, who are accused of paying her off with cryptocurrency and cash to carry out the attack on Yermolaiev, prosecutors said.

While Reut allegedly claimed he killed the suspected bomber out of his own accord and not under the orders of his superiors, Yermolaiev insisted Kyiv’s military intelligence agency had a hand in the operation.

“Based on the investigative evidence available to us, we have no doubt that serving officers of the main intelligence directorate of the ministry of defense of Ukraine, commonly known as HUR, were directly involved in this attempted assassination,” Yermolaiev said in a statement over the weekend.

Yermolaiev, who said he renounced his Ukrainian citizenship in 2017, did not provide evidence for his claim.

He was living in Monaco with his partner, Anna Nasobina, who reportedly lost both her legs in the bombing. The couple’s 13-year-old son also suffered burns and fractures in the blast, Yermolaiev said.

Kravchenko said those involved in the bombing attempted to destroy the surveillance camera footage but that intelligence experts were able to recover the film.
