Bill and Hillary Clinton were spotted power lunching over the weekend along Italy’s Amalfi Coast with Barry Diller and Diane von Fürstenberg, spies exclusively tell Page Six Hollywood.

The former POTUS and Secretary of State were also with New York City Wine & Food Festival founder, Lee Brian Schrager, we hear.

The power lunch comes at the same time that Diller’s People Inc. is now in talks with MGM Resorts to buy the casino giant, the Wall Street Journal reported.

Diller exclusively told Page Six Hollywood this month of his $18 billion offer to buy the Vegas brand: “As a 26% owner of MGM Resorts, I love Las Vegas and its very long term prospects.”

Diller and DVF were both spotted this month at investment banker Herb Allen’s  so-called “summer camp for moguls” — the Sun Valley conference in Idaho.

MGM is reportedly now mulling Diller’s deal and has set up a special board committee and advisors to review it — but has not officially commented.

Either way, a spy said the group “shared a lively lunch” at Lo Scoglio — which has been visited previously by VIPs including Jennifer Lopez, Sofia Vergara, Matthew McConaughey and David Foster and Katharine McPhee.

Said a foodie: “The beloved coastal gem, owned and operated by the De Simone family for three generations, is a top pick for visiting American chefs and a hidden hotspot for A-listers.”

The group posed for pics with chef Tommaso De Simone and his sisters Antonia and Margherita De Simone, who run the resto.

Also vacationing in the area is Adele, who’s with famed fashionisto and filmmaker Tom Ford, ahead of the singer’s acting debut in his next film, “Cry to Heaven,” based on a 1982 Anne Rice novel.

Before heading on his luxury Italian vacay, Clinton ripped the Trump administration on July Fourth without naming the president, posting on X: “Today, we celebrate this milestone amid another period of deep division, renewed questions about America’s future and role in the world, and serious threats to our own institutions and to our democracy itself.”

Meanwhile DVF has just named designer Henry Zankov as artistic director of her line, and his first collection for DVF will be unveiled at New York Fashion Week this September.
