This weekend, the chart-topping country headliner has a pair of gigs lined up at Ann Arbor, MI’s Michigan Stadium as part of his ongoing ‘Still The Problem Tour.’

Wallen, 33, isn’t the first singer to headline the 107,601-seat Michigan Stadium. Last summer, Zach Bryan claimed that honor when he performed at the massive venue on Sept. 27, 2025 with John Mayer, Ryan Bingham and Joshua Stone.

As for what to expect from the wily Wallen, we can’t say for certain but records at Set List FM indicate he’s been performing 25-28 songs per show including fan favorites “Last Night,” “I Had Some Help,” “You Proof,” “Whiskey Glasses” and “Wasted On You.”

Plus, he may mix in the new single “Been By Now,” which hits airwaves on Friday, July 24.

Yet, the atmosphere is what makes Morgan Wallen shows so special.

“LED bracelets handed out to attendees helped to create a stadium-wide, synchronized light show throughout the night, and pyro, fireworks and the light show augmented the show,” Trib Live wrote about a recent concert in Pittsburgh.

“Over the 2-hour, 25-minute show, fans were still swaying and singing all the way till the end at 12:10 a.m. Saturday.”

After his two-night stint in Ann Arbor, Wallen will wrap the U.S. leg of his ‘Still The Problem Tour’ with a pair of concerts at Philadelphia’s Lincoln Financial Field.

The first show on Friday, July 31 has Brooks & Dunn, Hudson Westbrook and Blake Whiten providing support.

Then, on Saturday, Aug. 1, Ella Langley, Hudson Westbrook and Blake Whiten are slated to open the show.

Morgan Wallen new music

On May 16, 2025, Wallen dropped his gargantuan 37-song (!) fourth studio album “I’m The Problem.”

The nearly two-hour record features gritty ditties (the titular “I’m The Problem,” “Revelation,” “Lies Lies Lies”), emotional ballads (“I Got Better,” “Superman,” “Just In Case”) and steamy club bangers (“Love Somebody,” “Miami,” “What I Want” with Tate McRae).

For our money, the true highlights here though are the rousing “Dark Til Daylight” and “Working Man’s Song.” They’re both anthemic epic singalongs you won’t be able to get out of your head for weeks, months and maybe even years.

Why is Morgan Wallen controversial?

Although Wallen is a bona fide star, his ascent to the top hasn’t come without a few hiccups.

In fact, his Wikipedia has a lengthy section labeled “Controversies.”

Just a few of the 32-year-old’s most notable scandals include an arrest for public intoxication and disorderly conduct (May 2020), partying maskless in a bar at the height of the pandemic (October 2020), and using racial slurs on camera (February 2021).

Following his racist incident, Wallen donated $300,000 to the Black Music Action Coalition. He was also banned from a number of award shows.

Most recently, Wallen “was charged with three felony counts by the Metro Nashville Police Department after a chair he allegedly threw off the roof of the six-story Chief’s bar landed on Broadway near two police officers,” according to The Post.

On a lesser note, he also walked off the set of “SNL” during the show’s goodnights this past March. “I was [just] ready to go home,” he said on the Sundae Conversation podcast. His now infamous post-episode Instagram Story read “Get me to God’s country.”
