Last week’s all-new episode of House of the Dragon saw the ignoble end of one of the show’s most polarizing characters and teased the dawn of a new generation of dragons, potentially born in Harrenhal. House of the Dragon Season 3 Episode 6 “Faceless Men” opened with Ser Criston Cole’s (Fabien Frankel) brutal death at the Butcher’s Ball and ended with Lord Ormund Hightower’s (James Norton) trusted right hand, Ser Jon Roxton (Joplin Sibtain), cornering Lord Corlys Velaryon (Steve Toussaint) in the woods.

Elsewhere on the HBO show, Alys Rivers (Gayle Rankin) revealed a clutch of five dragon eggs at Harrenhal, Ser Gwayne Hightower (Freddie Fox) prevented assassins from killing Ormund and Prince Daeron (Benjamin Evan Ainsworth), and Rhaenyra (Emma D’Arcy) charged Alicent (Olivia Cooke) with going to Harrenhal to murder her own son, Aemond (Ewan Mitchell)!
